1.- Trademarks
Additionally, the graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names contained in or available through the Beeping Fulfilment SL services are trademarks or trade dress of Beeping Fulfilment SL. You may not use Beeping Fulfilment SL’s trademarks or trade dress in connection with any product or service that does not belong to Beeping Fulfilment SL, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among users or in any manner that disparages or discredits Beeping Fulfilment SL. All other trademarks not owned by Beeping Fulfilment SL that appear on or available through the Beeping Fulfilment SL Services are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with or connected in any way to Beeping Fulfilment SL, or sponsored by Beeping Fulfilment SL.
2.- License and Access
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit the Beeping Fulfilment Services or any portion thereof for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our prior written consent.
Please make proper use of Beeping Fulfilment S.L. services. You are only permitted to use Beeping Fulfilment SL services in a lawful manner. Any breach by you of these Conditions of Use or of the General Conditions of the Services will result in the termination of the permission or license granted by Beeping Fulfilment SL.
3.- Your Account
In order to use some of the Beeping Fulfilment SL Services, you must be registered with your Beeping Fulfilment SL account and that you have a valid payment method associated with that account. If there is a problem to charge the payment method you have selected, we can charge any other valid payment method that is associated with your account.
When you use the Beeping Fulfilment SL Services you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, as well as restricting access to your and to restrict access to your computer and devices. 5.- Liability of Beeping Fulfilment S.L.
We strive to ensure the uninterrupted availability of Beeping Fulfilment SL services, as well as the absence of errors in any transmission of information that may occur. However, due to the nature of the Internet, it is not possible to guarantee such extremes. Also, access to the services of Beeping Fulfilment SL may occasionally be suspended or restricted for the purpose of carrying out repair or maintenance work, or the introduction of new products or services. We will endeavor to limit the frequency and duration of such suspensions or restrictions.
Beeping Fulfilment SL shall not be liable for (1) products lost for any reason not attributable to Beeping Fulfilment SL, such as weather, transport strikes, holidays (iii) any indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time you started using the Beeping Fulfilment SL services. Nor shall we be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure is attributable to circumstances beyond our control. This provision does not affect the right of the customer to receive the product or the provision of the relevant service within a reasonable period of time, or to receive a timely refund in the event that we are unable to provide such products or services to you within a reasonable time for any reason beyond our reasonable control.
6.- Modification of Service or Variation of Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the Beeping Fulfilment SL Services, our policies and our terms and conditions, including these Terms of Use and the General Conditions of the Services.
7.- Minors
We do not sell products to minors. Children’s products sold by us must be purchased by adults. Children under the age of 18 may only use the Beeping Fulfilment SL Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
8.- Our contract
Daily we handle all orders received during the previous day (orders received by 4pm the previous day). The steps are:
1. The existence of material in stock is checked, once it is guaranteed, we proceed to the invoicing. The invoice will be sent by mail.
2. The order is managed by the corresponding supplier.
3. The delivery time of the product will be between 10 and 25 days, provided that there are no circumstances beyond Beeping Fulfilment S.L.’s control.
9.- 14-day right of withdrawal, voluntary return guarantee and withdrawal exceptions
The right of withdrawal (voluntary return guarantee) for the end customer is 14 days. Beeping Fulfilment S.L, is the intermediary company between the distributor and the final customer, its objective is to obtain the products required by the distributor, requested in turn by the final customers, which is why:
In the event that the end customer decides to take advantage of his 14 days of withdrawal, it will be the responsibility of the distributor to assume all the costs incurred by the distributor. Beeping Fulfilment S.L. shall be exempt from any responsibility in this regard.
10.- Non-conforming product
The end customer has 5 calendar days from receipt of the product, to be able to claim any non-conformity detected in the product received. received, the steps to follow are:
- The claim of Non-Conforming Product shall be made within 5 calendar days after delivery, by mail, (incidencias@beeping.es ), attaching:
– Description of the non-conformity.
– Photographs that support the nonconformity.
– Order number. - Beeping Fulfilment S.L. will study the request, within a maximum period of 3 days will reply by mail to the customer, in case of non-acceptance, the reasons will be argued.
- Beeping Fulmilment S.L. will manage the collection of the product. Once the product is received, it will be checked:
- If the product is Non Conforming. We will proceed to the corresponding payment, (of the product and transport), we will propose to the customer the replacement of the same or an alternative one.
- If the product is Conforming. It will be argued to the distributor, in this case we will not proceed to the credit note, it will be the final customer who will decide if they want the product to be sent again, assuming the costs of the return transport and reshipment. In case the customer does not want it, Beeping Fulmilment S.L. will destroy it.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Beeping Fulfilment SL is not the manufacturer of the products sold on the website. While we strive to ensure that the information on our website is correct, sometimes product packaging and materials may contain additional or different information than what appears on our website.
Beeping Fulfilment SL. reserves the right that the products marketed are not exactly the same as those advertised through photographs or other media.
12.- Customs Information
The possible customs taxes that may be generated will be charged at the time the package arrives at its destination. Beeping Fulfilment SL. is not responsible for the payment of any customs taxes.
